Job Description
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role within the department's leadership team, contributing to the operational management and delivery of high-quality MRI services.
Responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of departmental performance and staff-related KPIs
- Maintaining professional standards
- Supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care
Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly motivated radiographer with strong people-management skills and a passion for continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high clinical standards while ensuring compassionate, patient-focused care at all times.
Applicants must possess extensive UK experience as an MRI Radiographer, with a proven ability to work within a busy clinical environment and contribute to service development and operational excellence.

Additional Information
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
To manage radiographic, admin & clerical staff, assistant practitioners, radiology assistants and students within a designated area/department, provide clear clinical leadership for the day to day organisation of the departmental section in accordance with professional and departmental protocols
