Complex Care Nursing Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday–Friday
Find Medical is recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Nursing Manager to join a specialist 45-bed service, supporting adults with complex nursing needs.
The Role
As Nursing Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a skilled nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically credible leader with experience in complex care environments who is looking to make a real difference within a specialist service.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Previous management experience within a nursing or clinical setting
- Strong background in Complex Care, including experience in one or more of the following:
- Complex Care Nursing
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- High Dependency Unit (HDU)
- Critical Care
- Accident & Emergency (A&E)
- Knowledge and experience of:
- Ventilator Care
- Tracheostomy Care
