About the Role
A leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor (with 2–5 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team in South West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, specialist team, handling a varied caseload of high-quality claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters. The successful candidate will work alongside recognised experts in the field, while benefiting from genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters
- Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Advising clients on:
- Legal strategy
- Procedures
- Case progression
- Attending client meetings, conferences, and—where required—representing clients in court
- Assisting with business development initiatives, while contributing to the continued growth of the team
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and professional standards
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and accurately recording chargeable time

Qualifications
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 2–5 years’ PQE who can demonstrate:
- A strong academic background
- Degree-level education with a 2:1 or above (preferred)
Required Skills
- Experience in handling claimant clinical negligence matters, ideally alongside broader personal injury litigation
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client service
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Excellent technical ability and a keen attention to detail
- Confidence to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team
- A genuine ambition to develop a long-term career within a leading claimant practice
