Role Description

You’ll support a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including matters involving obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, and psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in drafting correspondence and prepare trial bundles
  • Liaise with clients and external parties including courts and organisations to support business development
  • Setting up new files and assisting with risk assessments for new claims
  • Attending court and taking detailed attendance notes
  • Assist with billing and general administrative support

  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Previous experience within Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and work to deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong written communication and attention to detail
