Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Liverpool
Salary range: Up to £75,000 plus benefits and bonus
About the Opportunity
An outstanding position available with a Legal 500 ranked firm based in Liverpool, renowned for its expertise in Clinical Negligence. The department is highly acclaimed for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and is expanding due to its success and rising demand for its specialised services.
As part of an experienced and supportive team, you will hold high-quality caseloads from inception to conclusion, with ample opportunities to refine your technical skills and advance your career.
The Role
- Run your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
- Investigate and litigate multi-track cases under supervision
- Manage cases from inception through to conclusion
- Draft a wide range of legal documentation
- Progress complex and technically challenging claims
- Collaborate closely with experienced Clinical Negligence specialists
- Provide high standards of client care throughout
- Develop within a respected and growing specialist department

About You
Ideal candidates will meet, or exceed, the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Clinical Negligence experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload
- Commitment to client care and outstanding communication skills
- A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
