Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Newcastle - Up to £75,000

A leading national personal injury and clinical negligence practice is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its Newcastle team.

You will handle a caseload of complex, high-value claims working with partners and senior lawyers on both litigated and pre-litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to progress within a high-performing and supportive Newcastle team.

The Role:

  • Managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims
  • Supporting progression of files from initial instruction to settlement or trial
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
  • Reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts
  • Developing case strategy based on evidence and liability assessment
  • Attending hearings, CMCs and settlement meetings
  • Providing clear, client-focused legal advice and updates
  • Maintaining strong client relationships throughout

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience
  • Defendant or claimant background considered
  • Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
  • Confident reviewing medical evidence and working with experts
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care ability
  • Able to manage multiple complex cases effectively
  • Commercially aware and motivated to progress
