My client is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist litigation team based in their Middleton office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advise and support clients throughout the claims process with empathy and professionalism.
- Investigate liability and quantum, instructing experts where appropriate.
- Prepare legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard.
- Conduct negotiations and progress matters towards settlement or trial where required.
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE.
- Experience managing a varied clinical negligence caseload.
- Experience handling claims involving the NHS, private consultants, and GP practices.
- Strong litigation and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client care and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
