The Role
We are seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Bristol-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases that make a genuine difference to clients' lives while developing your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
- You'll be joining a team of experienced specialists who are passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for clients and committed to supporting one another's professional development.
- This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, representing clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of negligent medical treatment.
- Alongside managing your own files, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the department by mentoring junior colleagues, strengthening client relationships, and playing an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives.

Skills Required
- At least 6 years post-qualification experience in clinical negligence litigation.
- A strong track record of managing complex and high-value claims.
- Excellent technical knowledge and sound litigation skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, experts, and professional contacts.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A compassionate and client-focused approach, with the ability to support clients through sensitive and often challenging circumstances.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous, although not essential.
- A proactive approach to business development and contributing to the wider success of the team.
