Clinical Negligence Solicitor
National | Hybrid Working | Up to £65,000 + Bonus | 1–6 PQE
You will join a specialist team handling a broad range of complex medical negligence claims, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on high-profile and often life-changing cases.
The roles can be based across the firm’s national network of offices and offer genuine opportunities for progression, strong mentoring and exposure to technically challenging work within supportive and collaborative teams.

- Birth and neonatal injury claims
- Brain injury litigation
- Spinal injury claims
- Surgical negligence cases
- Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
- Fatal claims and inquest-related matters
- Complex, multi-track litigation
You will have direct client contact from an early stage and play an active role in progressing cases through all stages of the litigation process.
Experience
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with approximately 1–6 years' PQE who can demonstrate:
- Experience in claimant or defendant clinical negligence litigation
- Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A proactive and organised approach
- A genuine interest in healthcare litigation and clinical negligence law
