Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Sheffield – up to £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked firm based in Sheffield, nationally recognised for its expertise in Clinical Negligence. The department is highly regarded for achieving excellent outcomes for clients and is continuing to grow due to ongoing success and demand for its specialised services.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team of experts, working on high-quality cases from inception through to conclusion, with genuine scope to develop technical expertise and progress your career.
The Role
- Run your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
- Investigate and litigate multi-track cases under supervision
- Manage cases from inception through to conclusion
- Draft a wide range of legal documentation
- Progress complex and technically challenging claims
- Work closely with experienced Clinical Negligence specialists
- Deliver high client care standards throughout
- A strong opportunity to develop in a respected and growing specialist department

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with clinical negligence experience
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Preferred: Litigation experience
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent organisation to manage a varied workload
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
