Clinical Negligence Solicitor

The Opportunity

You'll join a supportive and experienced clinical negligence team acting for claimants on a broad range of complex and sensitive matters. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced specialists on higher-value and more technically challenging claims.

  • Complex, high-value clinical negligence litigation

You'll be responsible for managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, building strong client relationships and working closely with medical experts, counsel and other professionals throughout the litigation process.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience handling claimant or defendant clinical negligence matters. You'll ideally demonstrate:

  • Experience managing your own clinical negligence caseload.
  • Strong litigation and case management skills.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive team environment.
