An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join my clients highly recognised team on a hybrid basis in their Hull Offices.

My client is a well established law firm with an outstanding reputation for providing expert legal services to individuals and businesses.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to develop their expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, with support and supervision
- Assist senior lawyers on high value and complex cases to develop your skill and expertise
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and develop case strategies
- Liaise with clients, medical experts and other professions to ensure that your cases progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive (Newly Qualified to 4+ Years PQE) with an interest in clinical negligence
- IT competent
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a professional approach to work
- Empathetic approach and strives for excellence in client care
- Committed to professional development and teamwork
