Bank Clinical Nurse Advisor

Location: Isle of Wight - Ryde/Newport.
Contract: Bank

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) through a specialist outpatient homecare service. This flexible bank role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care, education, and ongoing support to patients living with complex nutritional needs, enabling them to safely and confidently manage TPN therapy in their own homes and community settings.

If you are a nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and building meaningful therapeutic relationships, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference to patients' quality of life while maintaining work-life balance.

The Role

Working across a specialist outpatient programme, you will support patients from therapy initiation through to ongoing management of TPN. You will provide hands-on clinical care, structured education, and follow-up support, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
