Clinical Nurse Advisor - Wound Healing

🚀 Clinical Nurse Advisor East Anglia & Northern Home Counties

£38,000 + £8,000 Bonus + Car Allowance


About the Role

Want to step into a clinical role with real territory ownership and growth?

Key Highlights:

Responsibilities

  • Train TVNs, district nurses, and community teams on advanced wound care and infection prevention
  • Cover the territory of North London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge & Peterborough, Norfolk
  • Support the use of barrier creams and wound care dressings
  • Drive compliance and product adoption
  • Support the sales function with account growth via education, training, and account development
  • Manage a high value (multi-million pound) territory
  • Work closely with customers to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a background in wound care, dermatology, or skincare
  • Confident trainer and communicator
  • Commercially aware, with a relationship-led approach
  • Full driving licence (happy to travel daily to visit customers)

The Package

  • Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 basic
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): £46,000 (£8,000 paid quarterly)
  • Car Allowance: £525 per month
  • Lunch allowance offered
  • Healthcare benefits included
