About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met.
- Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and CQC standards.
- Supervising the Nursing Team, ensuring:
- Care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed on time.
- Interventions are appropriate and effective.
About You
To thrive in this role, you must:

- Hold a valid first-level nursing registration with a NMC PIN.
- Have a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience, including management or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate:
- Strong clinical nursing expertise.

- Proactive, self-initiated problem-solving.
- Leadership and accountability.
