Position: Clinical Nurse Manager

Care Home Details

Location: Cavendish Road, Kirkholt, Rochdale, OL11 2QX Contract Type: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Annual Salary: £51,250 CQC Rating: Good

About the Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met.
  • Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and CQC standards.
  • Supervising the Nursing Team, ensuring:
    • Care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed on time.
    • Interventions are appropriate and effective.

About You

To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Aligned with our Exemplar Health Care values: Fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.
  • Hold a valid first-level nursing registration with a NMC PIN.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience, including management or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrate:
    • Strong clinical nursing expertise.

    • Enthusiasm for motivating others.
    • Proactive, self-initiated problem-solving.
    • Leadership and accountability.
