This is an exciting opportunity for any individual who is interested in palliative care and end of life care to join our dynamic specialist team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experience Registered Nurse to join the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of specialist palliative care to patients and their families.
The post holder will need to be able to work autonomously and be responsible for complex holistic assessments and planning care to meet patient’s practical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs. They will work closely with primary and secondary care professionals and Hospice colleagues, and good communication and team working skills are essential.
