Role: Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37hrs per week)
Location: Based in Mirfield (WF14), with travel to other sites across Yorkshire required

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across our services, supporting children, young people and adults with complex disabilities and health needs. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure high standards of care, oversee clinical governance, support medication management, assess clinical competencies, and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing clinical leadership and support across services
- Leading on clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting medication management and clinical risk processes
- Assessing, developing and monitoring care plans
- Delivering training, competency assessments and professional support to colleagues
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams

About You
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 5 years’ post-registration clinical experience
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs, including conditions such as epilepsy and gastrostomy care
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, medication management and CQC requirements
- Passionate about delivering person-centred, compassionate care
- Confident communicator with excellent leadership and coaching skills

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if you leave the Trust voluntarily within the first 12 months £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
