Role: Clinical Pharmacist (Rotational)
Location: London Bridge Hospital, London
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 09.00am-17.30pm plus on-calls & weekend requirements
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at London Bridge Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. London Bridge Hospital is one of the UK’s largest private healthcare hospitals specialising in complex and acute care.
Spread over three main buildings and five outpatient centres, it is home to a number of specialist units and teams across a wide range of disciplines including orthopaedic, spinal, digestive diseases, liver, hepatobiliary, renal, cardiothoracic, critical care, cancer and transplant services.
Role Overview:
As a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist at London Bridge Hospital, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care within one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive pharmacy team, you will help drive the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality clinical pharmacy service across the hospital campus, ensuring patients receive the very best pharmaceutical care at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing expert medicines management advice.
- Support safe and effective prescribing practices.
- Contribute to optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote the appropriate use of medicines.
- Facilitate the use of patients' own medications where suitable.
- Ensure timely and effective medicines supply throughout the hospital.

What you’ll bring:
- Registered with GPhC
- Completed post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
- Post-qualification experience working within a hospital pharmacy setting
