An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Cancer Services pharmacy team, supporting patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) and other specialist treatments at the Berkshire Cancer Centre.

About The Role

You will work alongside the Berkshire Cancer Centre and Clinical Haematology Team to deliver safe, timely and patient-centred pharmaceutical care across oncology and haematology. You will also work closely with Pharmacy Aseptic Services, contributing to the preparation and supply of chemotherapy and other high-risk medicines. As part of a team of Band 7 Cancer Services Pharmacists, you will support the training and development of rotational Band 6 pharmacists.

Development and support

We are committed to supporting your progression. You will have access to a structured training and development plan, and the opportunity to develop specialist practice and leadership skills within a supportive team focused on improving outcomes for patients with cancer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
