Role Overview Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Bristol, delivering patient-centred care within secure environments, including prisons.
This clinically-focused role involves:
- Supporting structured clinical pharmacy services
- Collaborating with pharmacy technicians, general practitioners, other healthcare professionals, and prisoners on medication and healthcare queries
- Ensuring safe prescribing and access to appropriate medication
- Developing and improving services for offenders

Essential Criteria
- A qualification at Master’s Level in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacological treatment in primary care
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience working as a pharmacist (including clinical, public health, or technical experience)
Desirable Criteria
- Clinical experience within secure settings, prisons, or forensic mental health
- Interest in HIV and hepatitis, including experience in either field

Grade: Band 6 or 7 – £35,606 to £40,489 per annum (or Band 8b – £46,826 if eligible).
