About Thames Hospice
Thames Hospice is an independent adult hospice based in a stunning 28-bed facility at Bray Lake, Maidenhead, offering beautiful surroundings and state-of-the-art facilities.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Practice Educator to join our Learning & Development team.
In this role, you will:
- Support the professional growth of our clinical workforce across inpatient and community services.
- Contribute to the development of interpersonal and people-focused skills for non-clinical colleagues.
- Play a key role in delivering high-quality, multi-disciplinary education programmes—designing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities.
- Ensure our teams provide exceptional care through targeted education.
