RAW Ventures is recruiting for one of our portfolio companies - AIBODY, that has created digital human physiology models from cellular processes to the whole-body organism level. Empowering next-generation healthcare professionals through interactive and intuitive tools that simplify the transition from physiology to clinical practice. Used by healthcare institutions worldwide to deliver clinical-grade digital twinning technology.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice, product development and real-world deployment. You will act as the bridge between cardiologists, engineers and customers. You will translate clinical thinking into product logic, ensure clinical accuracy and take ownership of how the product is implemented and used in practice. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will work directly with clinical partners, shape product decisions and support the rollout of AI Body across multiple clinics.

This is not a purely clinical role and not a traditional product manager position. We are looking for someone who wants to step into a hybrid role and grow into product ownership while staying grounded in real clinical practice.

What You Will Do

Work closely with clinical partners to understand their needs and expectations Translate clinical concepts and workflows into clear product specifications Collaborate with engineering, UX and technical writers to deliver usable and consistent features Contribute to feature prioritisation based on real clinical and deployment needs Support clinical validation, risk management and regulatory processes Support integration of the product into new clinical environments Train and onboard cardiologists and clinical teams Act as a trusted point of contact during early adoption Gather feedback from real users and translate it into product improvements

Who You Are

A clinician with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in real clinical contexts Interested in technology, product development or startups Able to communicate clearly with both clinicians and engineers Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility

Nice to Have

Experience in cardiology or cardiac care Experience working on digital health products Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as MDR
