Shape the future of cancer treatment.

We are a fast-growing clinical-stage biotechnology company developing innovative oncology therapies for patients with high unmet medical need. As our Clinical Project Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of global clinical trials, working with experienced scientists, clinicians, and external partners to bring life-changing treatments closer to patients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of Phase I–III oncology clinical trials.
  • Manage study timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Oversee CROs, vendors, and investigator sites to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Biometrics, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality to drive study success.
  • Monitor study progress, resolve operational challenges, and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Champion inspection readiness and continuous improvement across clinical operations.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years' clinical project management experience within biotech, pharma, or a CRO.
  • Proven experience managing global oncology clinical trials.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, international regulations, and vendor oversight.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic biotech environment.
