Clinical Project Manager II
At Perspectum, we're transforming healthcare through innovative imaging and digital health solutions. We're looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager II to lead and deliver clinical projects from start-up through to close-out, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- Lead clinical projects from initiation through completion, acting as the primary Clinical Project Manager on assigned pharmaceutical studies.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and study documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and operational challenges.
- Manage project budgets and support monthly financial tracking.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- Support study management activities and day-to-day project operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, workflows, and service delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards, including ICH-GCP requirements.
- Contribute operational expertise to new business opportunities and project set-up activities.

What we're looking for
Essential
- Experience in project management within clinical trials, clinical research, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing at least one clinical project from initiation to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Human Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing multiple clinical projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP regulations and clinical research best practices.
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Knowledge of medical imaging and/or MR physics.
- Strong resource management experience.
