About the Role
Are you passionate about transforming lives and delivering specialist psychological interventions to people with complex emotional needs?
Our specialist Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Service, established for over 10 years, is expanding to enhance access and impact across Surrey and North-East Hampshire. We are looking to recruit 3 x Band 7 Psychologists or DBT Therapists to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating psychological interventions for service users
- Mentoring, supervising, and teaching qualified and unqualified staff (including students)
- Promoting a psychological perspective across teams and collaborating with colleagues
- Working collaboratively with team managers/clinical leads to develop and deliver effective services
- Supporting specific service development projects
- Adapting to a flexible work schedule within the service
