Position: Clinical Psychologist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist, either newly qualified or with post-qualification experience. The post will be full-time and based with the East and North Specialist Learning Disability Team.

Role Details:

  • The post holder will be professionally supervised by a senior clinical psychologist and will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative, integrated, and active group of qualified Psychologists across 4 counties.
  • The service has strong links with the clinical psychology doctoral training program at the University of Hertfordshire and a strong commitment to supporting ongoing continuing professional development.
  • The post holder will provide a psychological service to people living in the community with a learning disability, as well as a range of presenting problems, such as challenging behavior and autism spectrum conditions.

Position Details:

  • This is a Band 7/8a development post. The post holder will be able to progress from Band 7 to band 8a once they demonstrate that they meet the competencies specified for Band 8a.
