Role Description
The Clinical Psychologist will provide remote, part-time psychological services through TherapyMantra’s online platform, delivering:
- Individual sessions
- Couples and family sessions

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments
- Applying psychological testing when needed
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Monitoring client progress
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Participating in case discussions or clinical supervision as required
Key tasks:
- Utilize secure video and chat tools
- Uphold ethical and legal standards
- Contribute to a supportive, client-centered care environment
- Emphasize accessibility and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Skills in Psychological Testing and clinical assessment, including:
- Ability to interpret results
- Integrate findings into treatment planning

Expertise in Mental Health across diverse populations, with competence in:
- Diagnosing and treating common psychological and emotional conditions

Experience in Clinical Supervision or participation in supervised practice, demonstrating:
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (e.g., PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, or equivalent)
- Current licensure/registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in relevant jurisdiction(s)
- Strong communication skills
- Cultural humility, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport in a virtual environment
- Comfort with:
- Telehealth platforms
- Electronic health record systems
- Attentiveness to data privacy and confidentiality
Preferred:
- Experience providing online therapy or working in digital health settings
