  • Professionals skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation at study/site level
  • Collaborative partners who work closely with CRAs, project teams, and leadership
  • Individuals passionate about proactive quality culture and continuous improvement
  • A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from the Luton office

Typical Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Clinical Quality Assurance, clinical operations, or a related function
  • In-depth knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to support:
    • CAPA development
    • Root cause analysis
    • Quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to assess risk and provide practical, compliant solutions within a clinical trial environment
