Job Description Summary
To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies in the Obstetrics and Gynecology/Maternal-Fetal Division (OBGYN MFM) in partnership with the College of Medicine:
- Implementation and coordination of research studies
- Recruitment of study participants
- Performance of behavioral or diagnostic testing
- Support in collection, maintenance, and reporting of clinical research data
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or a medical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Experience (Desired)
- Research experience preferred
- Knowledge/experience in specialty research areas (e.g., obstetrics/gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine)
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Experience with basic laboratory procedures for processing biological specimens
- Computer skills required, with proficiency in database software applications preferred
