Clinical Research Associate
Senior CRA or Lead CRA - England, Fully Home-Based

The client, a distinguished global Contract Research Organisation (CRO), is recruiting for a high-calibre CRA II, Senior CRA, or Lead CRA to drive clinical trials in high-impact therapeutic areas within the UK. These include:
- Oncology
- Haematology-Oncology
- Rare and Orphan Diseases
- Cutting-edge specialities
You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliant and efficient operation of these studies across networks of clinical sites.

Your Role as a CRA II / Senior / Lead CRA
Location: Fully home-based, regionally focused (South West, London, Midlands, North West) Responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing clinical monitoring processes from site set-up to final closure in compliance with approved protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and UK/European regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with research investigators and site personnel.
- Ensuring study documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Supporting less experienced CRAs when in the Lead CRA role.

Essential Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Substantial experience in independent clinical monitoring during clinical trials.
- Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and UK regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, organisational aptitude, and analytical problem-solving.
- A proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Prior experience in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Haematology-Oncology, or Rare Diseases (preferable).
