What We Offer
Core Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will:
- Monitor site activities and ensure studies adhere to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate study set-up including investigator identification, regulatory submissions, pre-study initiation visits, and medical monitoring
- Own progress of clinical trials at investigative sites, ensuring timelines, data integrity, and compliance
- Scale and deliver while offering support to direct line management
Qualifications
Minimum Required
⚖️ A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Essential Requirements
🔹 1+ years of CRA experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry 🔹 Oncology + early-phase trial experience (highly desirable, though not mandatory) 🔹 Fluency in English (written and spoken) 🔹 Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays (up to 50-60% of time)
