Recruiter (Clinical Research)
Location: UK remote Contract: 6-Month Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (pro-rated) based on experience
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a global clinical research organization (CRO) experiencing significant growth across Europe, requiring additional Talent Acquisition support on a fixed-term basis.
As hiring activity across the EU continues to increase, this role will provide dedicated recruitment support across multiple European markets, helping to deliver critical hiring projects while bringing local market expertise, talent insights, and recruitment best practices to hiring teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working independently, partnering directly with stakeholders, and supporting hiring across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical research and corporate positions across Europe
- Partner with hiring managers to:
- Understand hiring needs
- Define recruitment strategies
- Provide ongoing market intelligence
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across multiple countries and functions
- Build talent pipelines for key clinical research roles, including:
- Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs)
- Clinical Operations Managers (COLs)
- Clinical Project Managers (CPMs)
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent pools within target geographies
- Advise hiring managers on:
- Local market conditions
- Compensation expectations
- Talent availability
- Recruitment trends
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity in internal systems and provide regular reporting on hiring progress
- Support recruitment efforts across established and emerging European markets

Required Experience
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors
- Previous experience recruiting for clinical operations positions, such as:
- Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs)
- Clinical Operations Leads
- Project Managers
- Related roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices across European markets, particularly in:
- Poland
- Hungary
- Romania
- Germany
- Ireland
- Ability to conduct market research and provide meaningful insights on:
- Talent availability
- Compensation trends
- Competitor activity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a CRO environment
- Experience supporting expansion hiring into new countries or regions
