The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is focused on supporting surgeons and theatre staff to use the company's trauma and extremities portfolio with confidence. You will spend a lot of time in hospitals, attending surgeries, helping prepare equipment, and being on hand to support clinicians during procedures. You will also work closely with the sales team to make sure cases are covered, products are available, and everything runs smoothly.
Alongside this, you will help train clinical staff so they can continue to use the products effectively in future cases. You will be responsible for making sure the right equipment is ready for each procedure and working with hospital teams to manage priorities across multiple cases.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Due to the nature of working in theatres, flexibility is important, as working hours can vary and it won't always be a typical 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements
- An ODP or associated clinical background would be great
- OE A degree in a relevant discipline such as physiotherapy, sports science or anatomy and physiology
- Some exposure to a clinical or theatre environment is advantageous but not essential
- Confident, organised, proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
