About the Role

You enjoy being where the technology meets the patient. Whether you're already selling medical devices or you're coming from an EBME background, you like getting hands-on, solving problems, and becoming the person customers rely on when it matters most.

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you'll work with a portfolio of market-leading medical technologies, supporting healthcare teams through product adoption while growing relationships across your territory. It's a role that combines technical knowledge with commercial responsibility, giving you the chance to influence clinical practice while driving business growth.

What will your day to day look like?

  • Grow sales across your territory, helping NHS and private healthcare organisations adopt ECG devices and digital solutions that improve clinical workflows, connectivity, and patient care.
  • Build new opportunities across NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers.
  • Develop strategic account plans based on customer needs and priorities.
  • Manage or support the full sales cycle, including tenders, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, physiologists, procurement teams, IT contacts, and senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training.
  • Support customer trials and evaluations, providing clear technical and clinical guidance.
  • Promote ECG systems, data management platforms, and connected digital solutions.
  • Support conversations around EPR and EMR integration, IT requirements, and compliance.
  • Coordinate installation, training, service support, and ongoing customer care.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and ways to grow existing accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer priorities.
  • Work towards revenue, margin, account growth, and customer satisfaction targets.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, product and clinical training, and ongoing mentorship, with clear opportunities to progress into senior sales or specialist positions.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have experience in healthcare, sales, or another customer-facing role, although this is not essential.
  • Are motivated to build a long-term career in medical device sales.
  • Have a genuine interest in cardiology, ECG technology, or digital healthcare.
  • Communicate confidently with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Enjoy building relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Are comfortable presenting, demonstrating products, and learning technical solutions.
  • Take a consultative and solution-led approach.
  • Are organised and confident managing your time and territory.
  • Are commercially aware, professional, and motivated by results.
  • Are open to coaching and keen to develop.
  • Hold a full UK or ROI driving licence.
  • Are comfortable travelling regularly across your territory.
