Clinical Sales Specialist - VASCULAR

Location - North East + covering Leeds, York, Lincoln & surrounding areas
Salary - £40,000–£45,000 Basic + £23,000 Bonus (Uncapped) + £7,000 Car Allowance

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a cannulation trained ODP or Band 5/6 Nurse looking to transition into the commercial side of MedTech.

This is a field-based Clinical Sales Specialist position where you'll combine your clinical expertise with commercial responsibility, supporting the full sales process from product evaluations and customer engagement through to clinical training, education, and implementation. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption, build long-term relationships, and help grow your territory, while becoming the clinical expert for your product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical training and product education to healthcare professionals.
  • Support the successful implementation of products across NHS and private hospitals.
  • Build strong relationships with theatre teams and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Work closely with the commercial sales team to maximize customer success.
  • Become the clinical expert across your territory.

Requirements

  • Cannulation-trained ODP or Band 5/6 Nurse.
  • Passionate about moving into a commercial MedTech career.
  • Previous commercial or medical sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
