Clinical Service Manager – Permanent Full-Time Role (Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex)

Based in one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a modern, high-quality care home specialising in a supportive residential area of Shoreham-by-Sea.

About the Role

The Clinical Service Manager will manage all aspects of care, ensuring exceptional service delivery for people requiring both short-term and long-term support, including residents with dementia or physical disabilities. The role demands dedication, strategic leadership, and a passion for delivering person-centred care in compliance with CQC/NHS standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Motivation Utilise authentic leadership and role modelling to inspire the team, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.

  • Service Operations & Accountability Oversee the 24-hour delivery of care, maintaining high-quality services for all residents, ensuring their health, safety, and dignity are always prioritised.

  • Resource & Financial Management Drive cost-effective performance while maintaining high occupancy levels and optimal use of resources.

Essential Requirements

  • **Current qualification as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience managing a large care home, demonstrating strong leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven mastery of CQC Standards with a track record of driving improvement and Outstanding ratings.
  • Strong, adaptable communication skills capable of maintaining productive relationships with staff, families, external partners, and residents.
  • Mercantile expertise in private healthcare, successfully managing rated care homes (rated Good/Outstanding).
  • Passion for developing high-quality, person-centred care practices.
  • Willingness to contribute to the growth and advancement of the care service.

عارف أوجه البولاق درمه'État excellent base salary of £67,772 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs/week) day role with the following generous benefits:
