Clinical Services Support Officer

Location: M50 2ZY Salary: £26,227 Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

The Clinical Services Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services within the Latus Group. This role supports clinicians in delivering high-quality services while acting as the central point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners.

In collaboration with the Operations team, the Clinical Services Officer will manage clinical administration, coordinate workflows, and support clinical governance processes. This ensures timely, safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-service delivery queries, providing accurate information and appropriate signposting.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of clinical reports.
  • Generate output reports for services completed outside of YODHA.
  • Liaise with managers, HR, external providers, and employees to facilitate smooth case progression.
  • Provide timely updates regarding appointment outcomes, pending actions, and service timelines (while adhering to confidentiality boundaries).
  • Offer exceptional customer service to both internal and external users of the Clinical Services Department.
  • Support compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring work adheres to agreed timescales and escalating issues to relevant contacts if SLAs are at risk.
  • Advise clients on additional services and benefits where applicable.
  • Collate and produce clinical data reports for clients, as required.
