Clinical Specialist

Clinical Support Specialist โ€“ Orthopaedics

ยฃ35,000โ€“ยฃ40,000 basic salary + ยฃ5,000 bonus + car allowance (or car worth ยฃ30,000)

๐Ÿ”„ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

This clinical training and support role requires you to contribute to the sales process through specialist clinical knowledge and education. Your main duties include:

  • Delivering training and education sessions to theatre staff on the companyโ€™s orthopaedic product portfolio
  • Providing clinical support during surgical procedures
  • Supporting cases in theatre, working directly alongside surgeons and clinical teams
  • Offering technical expertise and guidance on specialist orthopaedic devices and equipment
  • Building long-term relationships with clinicians across your territory

Full training will be provided.

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • A clinical background, suited in one of the following:
    • Physiotherapist
    • Clinical Nurse / Scrub Nurse
    • Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)

Additionally, youโ€™ll need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Confidence in working with complex surgical devices/equipment within a theatre environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-motivated, resilient, hard-working attitude
  • A dynamic and engaging personality with strong personal credibility
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the medical device industry, where effort and performance directly influence your success
