About Johnson & Johnson MedTech

At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. Through innovation, technology, and deep clinical expertise, we are helping reshape the future of healthcare. DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is a global leader in orthopaedic solutions, delivering innovative products, enabling technologies, and robotic-assisted surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes and advance the standard of care.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, regulatory approvals, and customary conditions.

Should you accept this position, your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes’ employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans following the transaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
