Clinical Specialist – Smart Care | UK & Ireland
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to join Stryker Smart Care, playing a pivotal role in transforming clinical communication and workflows within healthcare environments. In this highly visible position, you will collaborate with customers to enhance care quality, augment patient safety, and optimise operational efficiency through strategic technological solutions.

What You Will Do
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale education on Smart Care solutions to clinical stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and proper utilisation.
- Support sales teams by developing and executing clinical sales strategies that align with regional account goals and KPI performance targets.
- Identify and analyse clinical workflow challenges within customer environments, recommending evidence-based solutions to improve health outcomes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to deliver structured training programs and enhance tool usage optimisation.
- Analyse clinical and market trends across the UK & Ireland, generating actionable insights to inform internal strategic decisions.
- Monitor account performance metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of the Clinical Enablement Team and customer impact while tracking against key targets.
- Enhance customer relationships through proactive, high-quality support, driving retention and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a clinical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical sales support.
Additional Information
- Territory: UK & Ireland (with UK-based accounts as the primary focus).
- Role Type: Field-based with customer site engagement required.
- Travel: Up to 75% annually across the assigned UK & Ireland territory.
- Full driver’s license must be held.
