Key Responsibilities
Product Education & Sales Support
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education to clinical stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption of Smart Care solutions
- Support sales teams by developing and executing clinical sales strategies aligned with regional account goals and performance targets
Workflow Optimisation & Consultation
- Identify clinical workflow challenges within customer environments and recommend evidence-based solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to deliver structured training programs and optimise tool usage

Trend Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Analyse clinical and market trends across the territory and report actionable insights to internal teams to inform strategy
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate Clinical Enablement Team effectiveness and assess customer impact
Account Management & Customer Support
- Monitor account performance data and execute improvement strategies aligned with KPIs and business objectives
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support across the territory, ensuring strong relationships and retention
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a clinical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical sales support environments
Additional Details
- Territory: UK & Ireland (primarily UK-based accounts)
- Work arrangement: Field-based role with customer site engagement
- Travel: Up to 75% annually across the assigned territory
- Full driver’s license required
