What You Will Do
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education to clinical stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and utilisation of Smart Care solutions
- Support sales teams by developing and executing clinical sales strategies aligned to regional account goals and performance targets
- Identify clinical workflow challenges within customer environments and recommend evidence-based solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to deliver structured training programs and optimise tool usage
- Analyse clinical and market trends across the territory and report actionable insights to internal teams to inform strategy
- Develop and track key performance metrics to evaluate Clinical Enablement Team effectiveness and customer impact
- Monitor account performance data and execute improvement strategies aligned with defined KPIs and business objectives
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support across the territory, ensuring strong relationships and retention

Required Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another clinical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Medical devices
- Healthcare technology
- Clinical sales support environments
Additional Information
- Territory: UK & Ireland (primarily UK-based accounts)
- Role style: Field-based, with customer site engagement
- Travel: Up to 75% annually across the assigned area
- Full driver’s license required
