About the Role
The Clinical Specialist will deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education, support sales strategies, and drive clinical workflow improvements by leveraging Stryker’s Smart Care solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks Include:
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education to clinical stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of Smart Care solutions
- Support sales teams by developing and executing clinical sales strategies, aligned with regional account goals and performance targets
- Identify clinical workflow challenges within customer environments and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve outcomes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to design and deliver structured training programs
- Analyse clinical and market trends across the territory, reporting actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the Clinical Enablement Team’s effectiveness and customer impact
- Monitor account performance data and implement improvement strategies aligned with defined KPIs and business objectives
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support across the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and retention

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related clinical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical sales support environments
Additional Information
- Territory: UK & Ireland (primarily servicing UK-based accounts)
- Work Arrangement: Field-based role requiring frequent on-site customer engagement
- Travel Required: Up to 75% annually across the assigned region
- Full driver’s license mandatory
