About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with technology and shape the future of healthcare delivery. Acting as a key bridge between clinical stakeholders and Stryker’s solutions, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless adoption while delivering measurable improvements in patient care and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale product education to clinical stakeholders, ensuring proper adoption and utilisation of Smart Care solutions
- Support sales teams by developing and executing clinical sales strategies aligned with regional account goals and performance targets
- Identify clinical workflow challenges in customer environments and recommend evidence-based solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency
Training & Enablement
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to design and deliver structured training programs
- Optimise tool usage across the Clinical Enablement Team to maximise customer impact

Market & Performance Analysis
- Analyse clinical and market trends across the UK & Ireland territory
- Generate actionable insights to inform internal strategy and decision-making
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and adjust improvement strategies
Customer Support & Retention
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support across the territory
- Foster strong client relationships and drive customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a clinical-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ years of experience in:
- Medical devices
- Healthcare technology
- Clinical sales support
Location & Work Arrangement
- Primary territory: UK (with travel to Ireland as needed)
- Field-based role with customer site engagement
- Travel: Up to 75% annually across assigned accounts
- Full driver’s license required
