Field-based Clinical Specialist – Smart Care

About the Role
You’ll deliver pre- and post-sale product education to clinical stakeholders, enabling effective adoption and utilisation of Smart Care solutions. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and execute regional clinical strategies while supporting training programs and optimising tool usage. Your insights into clinical workflows and market trends will help shape data-driven solutions that improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver pre-sale and post-sale education to clinical stakeholders on Smart Care solutions
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support across the UK & Ireland territory
- Ensure strong relationships with customers to foster retention and satisfaction

Sales & Strategy Support
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute clinical sales strategies aligned with regional goals
- Identify clinical workflow challenges in customer environments and recommend evidence-based solutions
Training & Enablement
- Collaborate with medical education, sales enablement, and marketing teams to deliver structured training programs
- Optimise tool usage across Smart Care solutions for maximum impact
Data & Performance Tracking
- Analyse clinical and market trends and report actionable insights to internal teams
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate Clinical Enablement Team effectiveness
- Monitor account performance data and execute improvement strategies aligned with business objectives
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a clinical-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical sales support
Additional Information
- Territory: UK & Ireland (primarily UK-based accounts)
- Work Arrangement: Field-based role with customer site engagement (~70-75% travel annually across the territory)
- Full driver’s license required
