Clinical Specialist - Wound - West Midlands

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and confident Clinical Expert in Tissue Viability & Compression to join a high-performing commercial team supporting NHS Trusts across the West Midlands (Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist, Tissue Viability Nurse, Podiatrist, Wound Care Nurse, or Vascular Nurse who is motivated to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

As the Clinical Lead in all customer interactions you will play a pivotal role in partnering with NHS Trusts to provide valuable clinical education, pathway optimisation support and peer-to-peer support — ultimately driving improved clinical outcomes and creating strong clinical advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with NHS Trusts to deliver expert clinical support in tissue viability and compression therapy
  • Provide high level education and training to healthcare professionals
  • Support pathway optimisation and best-practice implementation
  • Deliver peer-to-peer engagement to build strong, credible clinical relationships
  • Drive engagement and help develop long-term clinical advocates
  • Work closely with a talented commercial team to align clinical expertise with service objectives
  • Use your specialist knowledge to influence positive change for patients and Trusts

About You

We are looking for a clinically credible professional with:

  • A background as a Tissue Viability Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, Vascular Nurse, or Podiatrist
  • Strong expertise in compression therapy and wound management
  • Experience working within or alongside NHS Trusts
  • A passion for education and improving clinical practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
  • A full UK driving licence
