Clinical Specialist
If you enjoy clinical environments and want to break into orthopaedics, this could be the ideal next step. Whether you’re coming from a clinical background or you’re a scientific graduate looking for your first proper route into ortho, this role gives you the exposure, training, and support to build your career properly.
You’ll work closely with surgeons and theatre teams, supporting procedures, learning innovative orthopaedic technology, and becoming a trusted part of the clinical conversation. No two days are quite the same, which is exactly what makes the role so rewarding.

What will your day to day look like? The key focus of this role is to support surgeons and theatre teams with the safe and effective use of orthopaedic products, while managing day-to-day hospital accounts across your territory.
Provide case support before, during, and after surgical procedures Advise surgeons and theatre teams on product use and application Deliver product training to new and existing customers Manage hospital stock, audits, replenishment, and loan kit bookings Build strong relationships with clinical teams and act as the link between customers and the Regional Sales Manager Gather customer and market insight to support sales, marketing, and product teams Maintain accurate CRM records and complete administration on time Represent the business at regional symposiums and clinical events
This is a strong opportunity to develop your clinical and commercial knowledge in orthopaedics, build trusted relationships within theatre environments, and progress within a growing medical device business.

This role will suit you if you… Have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and orthopaedic principles Are confident working with surgeons and theatre teams in a clinical environment Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Can work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a wider team Are organised and comfortable managing stock, loan kits, CRM records, and administration Are keen to learn and develop deep product and clinical knowledge Have intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Hold a full driving licence and are comfortable travelling regularly across your territory Are physically able to spend extended periods standing and occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 25kg
