Clinical Specialist

If you enjoy clinical environments and want to break into orthopaedics, this could be the ideal next step. Whether you’re coming from a clinical background or you’re a scientific graduate looking for your first proper route into ortho, this role gives you the exposure, training, and support to build your career properly.

You’ll work closely with surgeons and theatre teams, supporting procedures, learning innovative orthopaedic technology, and becoming a trusted part of the clinical conversation. No two days are quite the same, which is exactly what makes the role so rewarding.

It’s well suited to someone organised, personable, and genuinely interested in healthcare. You’ll join a growing orthopaedics business with clear progression, strong support, and the chance to develop your knowledge, grow your confidence, and make a real impact from day one.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you? Our client is a dynamic orthopaedics company that is growing year after year. In this role, you’ll join a close-knit and vibrant team with real spirit – if you’re a good team player, you’ll fit right into the collaborative, supportive environment that they offer. They also value progression and development, making it a fantastic place to grow your career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
