Clinical Study Manager (AI Training)
About the Role
Have you ever wondered how your clinical trial expertise could directly influence how AI understands and improves healthcare research? We’re seeking experienced Clinical Study Managers to apply real-world operational precision to AI-driven healthcare research, ensuring studies deliver results on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced clinical professionals who excel in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments. If you’re adept at keeping trials on track and managing stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor cost tracking across multiple partners
- Coordinate with:
- CROs (Contract Research Organizations)
- Investigative sites
- Internal teams
- Proactively identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and stakeholder alignment throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your operational expertise to AI-powered healthcare research initiatives, collaborating with top-tier research teams

Who You Are
✅ Proven experience as a Clinical Trial Project Manager with strong track records in:
- Managing trial budgets and timelines
- Coordinating with vendors, CROs, and external research partners
- Balancing multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality delivery ✅ Clear, concise communicator who ensures all stakeholders are informed ✅ Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
