Job Description
You like being close to the surgery, not watching from the sidelines. Supporting cases, working alongside clinical teams, and helping innovative orthopaedic technology improve patient outcomes.
This role gives you that mix of clinical impact and specialist product knowledge. You'll be out in the field, supporting customers, building confidence in the technology, and making sure cases run smoothly. It suits someone who's flexible, personable, and comfortable bringing a commercial edge to clinical conversations.
You'll join a global medical technology business that's growing, with the chance to develop your expertise and build a long-term career in orthopaedics. If you're looking for more variety, stronger support, and the opportunity to become a trusted clinical partner, this is a fantastic next step.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This global medical technology company focuses on improving how joint replacement surgeries are planned and performed. It’s a mission-driven business where engineering, healthcare, and innovation come together, with the aim of helping people regain movement, reduce pain, and get back to living more active lives.
When you work there you'll benefit from their inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas will be respected from the moment you start. They're incredibly values and mission-driven, something that you'll see play out in your day-to-day life there. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
