Clinical Support Team Administrator - Inpatient
Are you able to work autonomously but also integrate as part of a team? Are you committed to taking pride in your work? Would you enjoy working in an inpatient environment?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical team based at Hellesdon Hospital based on the Waveney Ward. This role will involve a range of administration duties, to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.
Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.
You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.
Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.
Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday
The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.

The primary responsibilities of the role involve providing direct support to ward-based medics and nurses, including:
- Assisting with patient reviews
- Managing diaries
- Delivering general administrative support
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Full administration experience will be essential for this role. The post holder will also be expected to:
- Attend meetings as required
- Take minutes to a high standard
- Follow up on any actions as necessary
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
